Terms & Conditions (Refer your Friend)

 

When is this offer available?

  1. The $25 referral credit offer is available to customers effective June 01, 2024. Canquest reserves the right to change or cancel the Refer your Friend program without notice. If we do so, we will honour any credits that were fully qualified prior to the change or cancellation.

How the Program works?

  1. To earn rewards for referring friends to Canquest services, you need to go to https://canquest.com/refer-a-friend/and provide your details and the details of the referred in the form. By providing the details, you accept the Program Terms & Conditions. All individuals including friends, relatives, neighbours or anybody with whom you’ve obtained consent to communicate with them about the Program, will be valid. You may refer as many Friends and Family as you wish.

The referrer must:

  1. Visit the Canquest website, select “Refer your friend” and fill the form to refer their friends, relatives, or any individual.

The person referred must:

  1. ‘Claim’ the offer within 30 days of receiving the referral, by signing up for the services.
  2. Sign up via the code that is given to them before activating their new service. Without the Coupon code the program is not valid.
  3. The Refer A Friend Coupon code will be emailed to your friend.
  4. If the person referred does not activate their new service within 30 days of claiming their referral offer, neither the referrer, nor the referred, will receive a reward for the referral.
  5. If the person referred activates their new service prior to claiming their referral offer, neither the referrer, nor the referred, will receive a reward for the referral.

Who is eligible?

  1. The Program is available for new activations only. Anyone who activates a new service under an existing account is not eligible. Referrers cannot refer themselves or other existing customers who are already our customers.
  2. The referred’s new account must remain active for at least 60 days before Canquest validates the new account and applies the referral reward to both the referrer and the referred.
  3. If the referrer’s account is suspended or cancelled at any time during the process, they will not be eligible to receive a reward for the referral. If the referred’s account is cancelled or suspended at any time within 60 days from the date of activation, neither party will receive a reward for the referral.
  4. A referred customer cannot receive more than one referral offer as part of this Program. If they receive multiple referral offers, a reward credit will only be applied to the account of the referrer whose offer they accepted first through the Program.
  5. Employees of Canquest are eligible to participate in the Program and refer their friends, family, relatives or any indvidual.

What will I receive?

  1. The referrer will receive a one-time credit of $25 once their friend has been with Canquest for 2 months.
  2. The referred person will receive a one-time credit of $25 once they have been with Canquest for 2 months.
  3. The overage credit, if any, will be applied to the referrer’s next invoice.
  4. You will not receive any referral reward if your referrals are denied, or if you fail to comply with any of the terms of the Program as determined by Canquest in its sole discretion.
  5. Canquest may also restrict your ability to take part in the Refer your Friend program, on a temporary or permanent basis, if it believes that you have failed to comply with any of the terms of the Program as determined by Canquest in its sole discretion.
  6. Refer your Friend credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and will not be paid out if a service is cancelled or terminated before the completion of the referral process and the application of the referral credit.
